Gotta love Madonna, who came to the forefront in the 80s with shocking lyrics and outrageous hair and makeup and wild antics.

I'll never forget an interview I saw with her in which she admitted she wasn't the best as singing and dancing, but she knew how to work it!

And she knew how to market her product! What an amazing lesson for all us entrepreneurs out there.

You don't have to be the best, but you do have to be creative, hard-working and memorable to make it to the top.
